Bulgarian saffron from our small family farm in the Rhodope Mountains, established in 2018. We produce our saffron on a small scale, with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship and respect for the land.

Every stage of the process, from planting and field care to harvesting and processing, is carried out entirely by hand. We follow natural farming practices that prioritise soil health, biodiversity and responsible cultivation.

We are also open to partnerships aimed at exploring new applications, products and market opportunities for this valuable spice.
