Hello!
We are pleased to present „THE Saffron by Golqm Manastir“. The saffron is sown in the beautiful Bulgarian village of Golyam Manastir (about 250m above sea level), located at the foot of the Monastery Heights in South-Eastern Bulgaria.
Raised with a lot of work, care and love, which is rewarded with wonderful quality!
The climate is on the border of transitional continental and continental-Mediterranean. The soil is leached cinnamon forest.
Caring for saffron is expressed in feeding it with biofertilizers and preparations, absolutely harmless to living beings and soil!
When it blooms in October, the picking begins, and we try to do it as quickly as possible to preserve its quality.
Cleaning is carried out in the most sterile environment possible, and immediately afterwards we proceed to drying it using a dehydrator in a dark place.
Once you have tasted the Bulgarian red gold, you will be convinced of the quality of the Bulgarian lands!
