We are the Vasilevi family and in 2019 we started a dream of ours, namely a farm for growing organic saffron. The main principles we follow are to offer our customers clean and ecological products. We put a lot of effort and love into every single stage from collecting the flowers, separating the saffron threads, drying them properly, storing them and putting them into our secondary products.
