My name is Nadia, my family and I are passionate saffron producers since 2018. Our purple fields are situated in the North West part of Bulgaria. Nadia’s saffron slogan is “Quality, quality and quality..”, thats why all our harvests are tested and certified in France. After 6 years of trading we can proudly say that our regular customers some of the most renowned Bulgarian chefs and vintage cheese producers.

We are working tirelessly to create new delicious products with saffron i.e honey with saffron, jams with saffron, vinegar with saffron etc.
